These terms govern the use of HECHIA, including browsing professional profiles, requesting services or quotes, and creating a client or professional account.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login details secure.

Services and bookings

Availability, pricing, scope, cancellation conditions and other service terms are shown before confirmation. Services may be provided by independent local professionals and companies using the HECHIA platform.

Quotes, payments and cancellations

Some jobs may be booked directly, while others require a quote after the professional reviews the scope. Payment and cancellation conditions may vary by service and will be shown before you confirm the work. Any applicable refund is subject to the conditions attached to that booking or quote.

Professional profiles

Professional profiles may contain information supplied by the business or compiled for an unclaimed profile. Claimed and verified profiles will be identified separately where applicable.

Acceptable use

Accounts may not be used for fraudulent activity, abuse, unlawful conduct or attempts to interfere with the operation of the platform.

Changes to these terms

HECHIA may update these terms when the platform, applicable law or service model changes. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date where appropriate.

HECHIA is operated by Zhanna Grigorian, working as an autónomo registered in Spain. NIF Z1773152H. Avenida Pernet 26, ap. 215, 29688 Estepona, Málaga, Spain. Contact: info@hechia.com. Spanish law governs these terms.

Professionals listing services on HECHIA are also bound by the Professional Agreement.
