Professional Agreement

Effective 23 September 2026.

This agreement applies between HECHIA (the platform) and any independent professional or company that creates a professional account and lists services on it. By creating a professional account you accept these terms.

1. Joining is free

There is no subscription fee, no charge per enquiry or lead, and no commission on work you win through HECHIA. You keep the full amount your customer pays you. If HECHIA ever introduces a paid feature, it will be optional, priced clearly in advance, and it will not apply to accounts already listed without your explicit agreement.

2. What HECHIA is, and what it is not

HECHIA is a directory and enquiry platform. It puts homeowners and property managers on the Costa del Sol in touch with local professionals.

HECHIA is not a party to the contract between you and your customer. It does not employ you, subcontract to you, supervise your work, guarantee you a volume of enquiries, or take responsibility for the quality, safety, timing or outcome of the work you carry out. The agreement for the work itself is made directly between you and the customer.

3. Your business is your responsibility

You confirm that you are entitled to carry out the services you list, and that you hold and will maintain whatever registrations, licences, qualifications, certifications and insurance those services require under Spanish law. You are responsible for your own tax registration, invoicing and social security obligations.

HECHIA may ask you to evidence any of the above and may remove listings where it is not provided.

4. Your profile and listings

Everything you publish — service descriptions, areas covered, prices, photographs, business details — must be accurate and must be yours to publish. Do not upload images or text you do not hold the rights to.

Professional profiles are reviewed before they appear publicly. Review is a check that a profile is genuine and complete. It is not an inspection of your work, an endorsement, or a verification of your qualifications, and it must not be presented to customers as any of those things.

You grant HECHIA permission to display, resize and reproduce your listing content on the platform and in material promoting the platform, for as long as your profile is listed.

5. Enquiries and quotes

Customer enquiries reach you directly. HECHIA does not currently process payments, hold funds, or handle deposits, refunds or cancellations between you and your customer. Prices, payment terms and cancellation conditions are yours to agree with the customer.

Where a price is shown on your listing, it must be a price you will honour on the terms stated, or be clearly marked as indicative and subject to a quote.

6. Reviews

Customers may leave reviews of work carried out. HECHIA does not edit reviews to improve a rating and does not remove a review because it is unfavourable. Reviews may be removed if they are abusive, fraudulent, unrelated to the service, or posted by someone who never engaged you.

7. Suspension and removal

HECHIA may suspend or remove a profile where information is inaccurate or misleading, where required registrations or insurance are absent, where customers are treated abusively or unlawfully, or where the platform is used for fraud or spam. Where circumstances allow, HECHIA will tell you the reason and give you a chance to correct the problem first.

8. Ending the agreement

You may close your professional account at any time and your profile will be removed from public view. Enquiries already in progress remain a matter between you and the customer. Reviews of completed work may remain published.

9. Personal data

How HECHIA handles personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. You are the controller of any customer personal data you receive through the platform, and you must handle it in line with data protection law and use it only to respond to that enquiry.

10. Changes

HECHIA may update this agreement when the platform or the law changes. Material changes will be notified to listed professionals before they take effect, and the current version will always be published on this page.

11. Operator and governing law

HECHIA is operated by Zhanna Grigorian, working as an autónomo (self-employed sole trader) registered in Spain.

This agreement is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from it will be submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain.
